Parish Organizations

We are home to a diverse range of parish activities

Altar and Rosary Society

The Altar and Rosary Society is an organization of women who foster and spread devotion to the Holy Rosary, maintain the cleanliness of the church sanctuary, wash and iron altar linens, and arrange flowers for the altar. We meet on the first Saturday of the month beginning with the Holy Mass at 8:30 a.m.

“Be ye doers of the word and not just hearers.” These words of Our Lord should ring in every Catholic’s ears. When we participate at Mass this is one way to be doers of the word. An even greater way is to sing, either asn the choir. In comparison to the doers and hearers are the music listeners and the music makers. Music listeners are people who hear the works and recordings of others and are satisfied with that; music makers are people who sing but not just once in a while. The music makers dedicate their lives to song, even if that’s not their job. They don’t let life’s little circumstances get in the way of making music, they sing and offer it up to the glory of God. It seems pretty obvious that God wants us to be music makers, if not as a choir member then certainly as a parishioner.

Daughters of Our Lady of Grace

Daughters of Our Lady of Grace is group for girls ages 6 - 18 years. We meet every third Saturday of the month from 8:15 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. We attend Holy Mass, pray the Holy Rosary, enjoy a tea-party, develop our singing skills, and spend time learning a domestic, homemaking skill.

Holy Name Society

The Holy Name Society is an organization of men striving to grow in holiness. The group is open to all men of the parish over the age of 18. We meet on the second Saturday of the month beginning with Holy Mass at 8:30 a.m., then recitation of the Holy Rosary, followed by breakfast and a spiritual talk in the parish hall.

Knights of Columbus

As faithful Catholics, we are called to be salt and light in this material world. As traditional Catholics within the Church Universal, we are some times called, in charity, to bring more illumination and flavor to our fellow Catholics. Pope Benedict XVI is showing us the way. Let us join with him in spreading the message within the Knights of Columbus.

For more information see the parish bulletin or contact the parish secretary.

Legion of Mary

Meets every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m in parish hall.

OLMC Homeschoolers

We are a group of homeschool families who come together to share with and support one another spiritually and socially as we strive to educate our children in the home. We meet every First Friday after the 8:30 a.m. Mass for a spiritual talk, confessions and social activities.
